The Chiang Mai Moonlight Sky Lantern Festival, held on November 15-16, 2024, offers a mesmerizing celebration of Lanna culture. Participants can enjoy cultural performances, traditional Thai cuisine, and various hands-on activities like krathong-making. The highlight is releasing thousands of sky lanterns, symbolizing good fortune and the dispelling of bad luck. The event takes place at I Love Ban Thi, a serene location 30 km from Chiang Mai, surrounded by nature and cultural heritage.
