This agreement sets the terms of use and conditions between Asia Festiva (“we,” “us,” “our”) and users who use this website to purchase services on asiafestiva.com. By using this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all the terms and conditions listed below. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use this website to purchase any type of service. Once a service request has been submitted, the person who books, reserves, and purchases the service agrees to these terms on behalf of all individuals included in the request.

Products and Services

Asia Festiva sells both event tickets and tour packages. The following terms apply to all products and services, including tours, activities, tickets, and packages:

Currency: All payments are collected in Thai Baht (THB). Currency settings on our website are only provided for convenience as a converted price suggestion and do not represent the actual transaction currency.

Payment: A 50% deposit or full advance payment is required to confirm bookings. If we cannot fulfill your booking request, no payment will be processed, and any payment authorization will be voided. If payment has been made and the booking is not accepted, we will issue a full refund regardless of the specified cancellation policy.

Event Tickets

Asia Festiva is an authorized ticket reseller for various events and festivals. We are responsible for issuing the tickets, providing event details to guests, and supporting guests with payment issues according to the organizer’s policies.

We are not responsible for:

• Issues arising at the event or services provided by the event organizer, such as registration, transportation, or other event services.

• Losses, injuries, or damages incurred outside the event program.

• Additional expenses due to delays, accidents, natural disasters, political unrest, or any unforeseen circumstances.

Cancellation Policy

Tours and Sightseeing

100% cancellation fee: If canceled 3 days or less before the event.

50% cancellation fee: If canceled 7 days or less before the event.

10% cancellation fee: Charged in all cases, regardless of the cancellation period.

Event Tickets

  • User must refer to cancellation policy on each ticket product page.

Customer Service

Customer support for Asia Festiva may vary depending on the destination. In some locations, representatives will visit hotels according to a schedule to provide assistance. For tours and transfer services, clients must contact customer service immediately for support. Complaints after leaving the country must be submitted in writing within 4 weeks of the service end date for consideration.

Insurance

We provide accident insurance during transfers and tours within Thailand up to a maximum of THB 500,000 for first aid and medical care. The insurance does not cover personal belongings or losses. Clients are advised to secure personal insurance coverage for their stay.

Limitation of Liabilities

Asia Festiva acts as an intermediary between airlines, hotels, transport companies, suppliers, and local tourist offices. We are not responsible for any losses, injuries, or damages sustained by you, including those outside the tour program. Additional expenses due to delays, accidents, natural disasters, political unrest, or other unexpected events are the responsibility of the client.

We reserve the right to change tour itineraries or services for safety reasons, such as adverse weather conditions, political disturbances, or natural disasters, without prior notice. By participating in our organized tours, clients confirm they have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions.

Modifications and Changes

Asia Festiva reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will apply to future bookings.
